Guitar Tricks has an active community forum that many of their members regularly contribute to. They have a member-chat room as well, though we didn't find anyone around that would talk to you us when we recently visited. :) Actually, there just wasn't anyone around at that moment...
Because most of the lessons added are by independent guitar teachers, the audio and video quality will vary. However, Guitar Tricks does have a quality-control process in place to keep low quality videos from being added to the database.
How the site is Organized:
You can view the site's diverse course material by category. They have all major guitar genres represented including, acoustic, alternative, jazz, funk, metal, bluegrass and more. They also have a 'inspired by' section. Other categories include chords, exercises, techniques, theory, reference, and beginners. You can also search the site by keyword.

Conclusion
GuitarTricks.com vs. Jamplay.com
Here is a simplistic comparison between the 2 major online guitar video lesson membership websites. We hope to have a better site-by-site comparison up in the near future.
Pricing: On a monthly basis for both the monthly and yearly plans, Guitar Tricks is a couple dollars cheaper than Jamplay per month, Jamplay’s yearly package is cheaper than Guitar Tricks.
Lesson Material and Instructors: Guitar Tricks has roughly 3x the quantity of lessons that Infinite Guitar provides, and Jamplay.com has roughly 12x that amount. Jamplay also provides the largest and most diverse pool of instructors that you’ll find on one site.
Lesson Quality: GuitarTricks.com’s lessons vary greatly from lesson to lesson though they are starting to exclusively add better quality lessons to their database. Jamplay wins big in this category as their lesson are filmed in HD and are usually filmed with multiple camera angles and split views – an essential part of learning guitar.
